What is the typical turnaround time?

Most projects are completed within 2 to 3 business days after we receive all necessary assets (content, logos, and brand guidelines). However, the timeline can vary based on the complexity of the data and the number of slides. Need it sooner? I offer a “Rush Delivery” service (48–72 hours) for an additional fee, subject to availability.

Do you write the content, or do I need to provide it?

Our primary focus is on visual design and storytelling structure. We do not write pitch decks from scratch. However, We act as a strategic partner. We will review your existing content, refine the flow, and condense text to ensure maximum impact and readability.

What do you need from me to get started?

To kick off the project efficiently, I will need:

Your current draft (Word, PDF, or PowerPoint) or a detailed outline.

Your brand assets (Logo, fonts, color palette, and website URL).

Examples of other decks or designs you admire (optional, but helpful).

Are revisions included in the cost?

Yes. We want you to be 100% confident in your presentation. We include revisions on each our pricing plan. Each plan has 2 times revision round. Enterprise Plan has unlimited round of revisions until our client satisfied with the result.

Round 1: Focuses on layout, structure, and major design elements.

Round 2: Focuses on fine-tuning, text edits, and polish.

What are your payment terms?

To secure a slot in our schedule, We require a 20% deposit upfront. The remaining 70% is due upon final approval of the design, before the delivery of the final editable files. Money back guarantee if your timeline is not within our schedule.

What payment methods do you accept?

We mainly use paypal for payment methods. However, we accept various convenient payment methods, including major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and in some cases, bank transfers. We also accept payment like Revolut, Wise, CassApp, or Venmo. You can select your preferred payment method during the checkout or subscription process.

Will the final file be editable?

Absolutely. You will receive the final source file in PowerPoint (.pptx) or Keynote, fully editable. This allows you to update numbers, team members, or text in the future as your startup grows.

I have sensitive data in my deck. Do you sign NDAs?

Yes, I take client confidentiality very seriously. I am happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before reviewing any materials. Your intellectual property and data remain strictly confidential and will never be shared with third parties.

Can you design custom charts and infographics?

es. Turning complex data into digestible, clean visuals is one of my specialties. I will convert your raw data (Excel or bullet points) into professional charts, graphs, and infographics that match your brand identity. We also a certified expert in Excel and Powerpoint.

What software do you use?

I primarily design in Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides, as these are the industry standards for fundraising. If you prefer Keynote, Canva, Prezi or Gamma please let me know during our initial consultation.

Do you use templates?

No. Every pitch deck I design is custom-made to align with your specific brand identity and narrative. I do not use pre-bought generic templates; your deck will be unique to your company. Master slide will be matched with the content of your deck.
